How a delivery week actually runs.
No foundation, no board, no quarterly report. One person, a pocket of cash, and an afternoon.
Every Sunday we tally the pot. Whatever came in from pin fees and connections that week gets withdrawn as cash — the same amount, to the dollar — and carried out the door on Monday.
The rules are small
- It has to be given to a person, not an organisation.
- The recipient decides whether we film it.
- The receipt goes up here that week — not next quarter.
Where it usually goes
Rough sleepers. A worker on night shift. Someone buying groceries with a card that just declined. A kid whose school bus is late and who's never had a kebab. These aren't poverty-porn moments. They're just — small relief, delivered fast.
Why we post it
Because $3 can't solve homelessness. It can't bring anyone back. What it can do is pass from your hand to someone else's without being filtered through a salary, a landlord, or a department of twelve people. The receipt is how you know that's actually what happened.
